Rescheduling:

You have the capability of rescheduling your appointment up to 4 hours before your scheduled time. Simply follow the link in your confirmation email or contact us here.

Weather:

In the event of inclement weather, you will have the opportunity to do a a studio shoot at your regularly scheduled time. If you would prefer an outdoor setting, you can reschedule to another day following the link in your confirmation email.

Ownership:

All digital files  are the property of Pinsky Studio  as protected by US copyright law. As the client, you have unlimited usage of all photos and can make reproductions without Pinsky Studio’s involvement. Pinsky Studio has the right to use digital files for the purpose of creating samples, displaying samples of the our work on websites, social media apps, entry in photographic competitions and exhibitions, or other printed or electronic display for Pinsky Studio’s promotion.
